RETURN POLICY

Return Request Process

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible retail items.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free of odors, stains, or alterations

Because our products are made from real fur, natural variations in color, texture, fullness, and slight size differences (±1 inch) are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items:
Custom, dyed, special order, clearance, wholesale, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

To request a return, email us with your order number and photos for approval before shipping the item back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
